carrots, finely shredded

onion, finely chopped

soy sauce

raw egg

ground black pepper
Lumpia wrapper (Spring roll skin)
Oil for deep frying
Instructions
1. Mix all the ingredients with the pork starting with the onion, carrots, green onions, salt, soy sauce, ground pepper, and raw egg.
2. Wrap about 1 ½ tbsp. meat in the lumpia wrapper.
3. Fry the lumpia until golden brown, making sure that all the sides are cooked evenly.
Serve with sweet and sour sauce.
