Ingredients

  • 1 cup bulgur #2
  • 2 cups jereesh
  • 2 lb fatty ground beef (20%)
  • 1 lb onion
  • 1 lb tomato
  • 2 green bell peppers
  • 1 to 2 cups tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp cumin, cloves and black pepper
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • 1. In a large bowl, wash the bulgur and jereesh
  • 2. Mince all vegetables
  • 3. Add to the bowl with ground beef, tomato paste, spices and salt. Knead until tender and soft.
  • 4. In a tray brushed with vegetable oil, lay the bulgur dough in medium thickness
  • 5. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees
  • 6. Wait until cool, use nice serving plate and enjoy!
  • Serves 6 to 8.
