Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. boiled chickpeas
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 cup of tahini
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tbsp salt

Instructions

  • Blend the chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic cloves and salt. Mix together until hummus is thick.
