Chicken Shawarma

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. chicken breast
  • 2 cups vegetable oil
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp each coriander, cumin and black pepper
  • 2 tbsp paprika

Instructions

  • 1. Slice chicken into small, thin pieces. Marinate with oil, garlic, spices and salt.
  • 2. Cook on grill until golden brown. Serve hot with rice or pita bread.
